Fastest way to reach us: text (504) 252-0853 Office open by appointment only

Did we contact you about a waitlist?

If you received a phone call, text, letter or email from NOAMM because you signed up for a waitlist — most likely at the Housing Authority of New Orleans (HANO) — it is not spam. We reached out because your name is next on the list.

What it means

We manage apartments with Project Based rental assistance. The help is attached to the apartment, and these apartments are filled from the HANO waitlist. Rent is based on your household’s income. Now we need to see whether an apartment we have available matches your household’s eligibility, such as bedroom size and income.

What to do next

  1. Reply to our text or email. Or text (504) 252-0853 with your full name and “HANO waitlist.” If you would rather use email, write to management@noamm.com.
  2. Look at the apartment online. We will send you the address, the floor plan, a map and the video tour. Example: the 3501 St. Claude video tour.
  3. Start your application online. We send the application link to your phone. Use the Affordable application document list to get your papers ready.
  4. We send your completed file to HANO. HANO makes the final eligibility decision.
